J.B. Turner is the author of the bestselling Jon Reznick action thriller series: HARD ROAD, HARD KILL, HARD WIRED and HARD WAY (Thomas and Mercer). The fifth book in the series, HARD FALL, is due for release on 8 February 2018. He is also the author of the forthcoming AMERICAN GHOST thriller series, which is due for release some time in 2018. Turner also penned the Jon Reznick novella, GONE BAD, and the Deborah Jones crime thrillers, MIAMI REQUIEM, and DARK WATERS. He began his writing career as a journalist.His favourite writers include Richard Stark who wrote the classic 'Parker' novels, Vince Flynn, Lee Child, James Ellroy, James Patterson, Brad Thor, John Grisham, John Sandford, Stuart Woods, Dennis Lehane, Thomas Harris, George Orwell, Harlan Coben, James Lee Burke, GM Ford, Stieg Larsson, Karin Slaughter, Val McDermid, David Baldacci, Michael Connelly, Thomas H. Cook, and James Patterson, amongst others. American crime fiction and thrillers are his top reads. He was a freelance journalist before he began work on his first novel. He loves music.
