As someone who grew up reading books from authors like Aldous Huxley and then years later finding myself in twelve step meetings, I found a lot of interesting backstory within these pages. I also learned a lot about who Bill Wilson's father was and the contributions he made to the architecture found throughout the United States which seemed to arouse some excitement in me. I'd write more but I just recommend reading it; in fact this should be made into an audiobook.
