I've read all of Kerrelyn Sparks books, and I love them all. I found How to tame a beast to be a good book. I like most everything about it, but it was a little slow. The book does have some humor but it didn't make me laugh out loud. I love where Mrs. Sparks is taking this story, so I hope the next one is one I can't put down.

ARC Review: How to Tame a Beast in Seven Days (The Embraced) by Kerrelyn Sparks How to Tame A Beast in Seven Days is a twist on Beauty and The Beast that is even more beautiful than the original and far more magical than the Disney version. I volunteered to read a copy in exchange for my honest opinion and it was an eye opening experience. I am surprised how much I actually fell in love with this against the odds love story. Am not into the supernatural romance genre but Ms. Sparks latched on to something special with Luciana and Loefric. The characters, the author, the romance kept me spellbound to the point that I breezed through the story in one sitting and am looking forward to a second trip in this otherworldly awe filled tale.

Really enjoyed this book very different to what I am used to.But Leo and Luciana was such a revelation for me.

Kerrelyn Sparks apparently has issues with reality. After writing more than a dozen books about vampires, she has now completely gone off the deep end and wound up on another planet. But how thrilling that she can share this magical new world with her readers!
