another classic detective story with Dave gurney, full of questions and really keeps you gripped from page to page. however I must admit the ending was quite disappointing. it felt rushed and unimaginative, which is a shame as the rest of the book was written really clever. hopefully not the same when I move onto book 3

I haven't read a book for so long, and this was a great jump back into something I hadn't realised I missed so! I really enjoyed this book, it kept my attention from start to finish. Well written, clever plot and kept you guessing the whole read.

John Verdon, a former Manhattan advertising executive, lives with his wife on a small hilltop in upstate New York. His first two Dave Gurney novels are Think of a Number and Shut Your Eyes Tight.
