About the author
Deborah Chester is a full-time tenured professor at the University of Oklahoma's writing program. She is also a graduate of the program, and her first published novela—a young adult historical romance—was done as her student project. She has been writing science fiction and fantasy for Ace books for close to 20 years, sometimes pseudonymously.
