This book was so wonderful in encouraging the practice of mindfulness and true self-care. I loved reading the author's opinions on ways to bless the home, specifically! Important to note, for fellow witches looking to buy: this is a book very heavy in spell recommendations and examples, so a big portion of the book is taken up by that!
