Ratings and reviews

Got a bit of romance, humor, and good characters. I don't think it delved as much into the visions (or use of it) as I would have liked, but overall, it was a good story. Towards the end, I felt it was starting to drag a little, though. I also thought it weird (but a purpose to the story/plot) that she always had to say something after a vision.

I was hooked by the Rose Gardner Mysteries. I have read the entire series over the summer. I have read all the pre-order books with a couple of days of getting them. DGS makes the characters loveable, interesting and mysterious. After finishing the end of the first series, I wasn't sure where the next could go. I am so pleased to say I am not disappointed. The complex relationship between Rose and James teased you with the possibilities and hope. I Can't wait for the next installment x

I love rose more and more each book. She is growing into herself more. So different to what she was like in th first Rose Gardner mystery books. I love how strong and assertive she is. Along with Neely kate, starting to get Rose into accepting cases to investigate for other people that always leads to trouble and putting herself deeper into the crime world. I'm loving the story line between Rose and Malcolm, can't wait to see where that goes.
