VISTO el Expediente N° EX-2019-97721876-APN-DGD#MHA, la Ley de Impuesto a las Ganancias, texto ordenado en 2019, y el Decreto N° 1344 del 19 de noviembre de 1998 y sus modificatorios, y considerando que mediante el Decreto N° 824 del 5 de diciembre de 2019 se aprobó el último texto ordenado de la Ley de Impuesto a las Ganancias.
Que, en ese marco, corresponde asimismo adecuar la reglamentación del gravamen, incluyendo disposiciones que se encontraban dispersas en reglamentos dictados desde la sanción de la Ley N° 27.430 e incorporando otras precisiones al texto de esa reglamentación, y dejar sin efecto aquella prevista en el Decreto N° 1344 del 19 de noviembre de 1998 y sus modificatorios.
