If you are complaining because you have to submit a debit card number then how else would you buy apps, music, rent or buy movies? Maybe instead rating one star because you don't have a debit card and complain, go buy a Google play gift card! Buy things you like and you can also download free things without putting in your debit information. Or else use your debit card info and you will never know when you want to buy something! Better then getting ripped off by Apple, Thank you Google! You're the best :)
