This was another great short story from Kenzie Cox. It was a very quick read, and I really like this set of characters. The Doucet brothers are very loyal and entertaining. While this story didn't feel as exciting as some of the other Kenzie Cox novellas, I feel like I got to know the characters a little bit better. It worked out well, because Katrina and Chase had a lot of chemistry between them, but they each had some issues to sort through. This was a great story, and can definitely stand on it's own. If you want something with a little more action and suspense, start with Cyrus' story, then move on to this one. They are both quick reads, and connect so well that it feels like the two stories are parts of the same book. I'm very excited for the next one! I received this book in exchange for an honest review.
