This is a fun, quick read that I just loved. Will is the millionaire real estate developer that wants to buy Kate's building. Kate is the geeky girl running a computer business and living in the building that was left to her when her parents died. Will needs her building to proceed with his development, but Kate isn't selling, so Will goes to meet her himself and see if he can seduce her to the idea of selling to him. Once he meets her, he realizes just how cute she is and that seducing her won't be a hardship. However, Will is immediately smitten with her. Kate, though resisting it, is equally smitten with Will. This is a predictable tale, however, it is told so well that I thoroughly enjoyed the story. The author created engaging and fun characters that she made me care about and feel invested in their getting a HEA ending. Fans of the genre will love this book. I've added the author to my must read authors' list.

Emma scribbles stories in all sorts of genres, contemporary, paranormal, post-apocalyptic, historical, sci-fi...if she hasn't tried it yet she will before long. The only common theme is the romance. A hopeless romantic everything Emma writes has a love story in there somewhere.??

She lives on the west coast of England with her very Greek husband and teenage kiddos. Apart from all things geek reading is her main hobby and she likes nothing better than getting home from a hard day at work and curling up with a book, though sometimes she gets home and writes one instead.
