Book 10 in the Brantley Walker Off the Books series. This picks up right after JJ has been kidnapped and it goes through what they must do to get her back. Even after she is home, the kidnappers still are wreaking havoc on her and the entire team. We also get to finally see Brantley and Reese’s wedding, or do we? Each time they try to get things together for the wedding, something else comes up that they must deal with. Will they finally get their HEA?

I cannot get enough of the Off the Books Task Force series and the characters. Brantley & Reese make me smile so much because of how much both of them have grown and how solid their relationship is. I love how excited they are for their upcoming wedding, especially the way Brantley is counting down the days. Makes him even sexier. And Reese is just, sigh. This book is so awesome! JJ is missing as we know she was at the end of Off Course. So much going on in this book. Loved it!!

All hands from the Off The Books Task Force and Coyote Ridge are focussed on finding the missing woman. Finding JJ safe is only the start for the team. They need to track down those who took her and seek explanations. There is a lot going on in Chain Reaction so be prepared. It is a fast paced, emotional story that will draw you in and hold you captive. Each time I read a book in this series I think I have found my favourite.
