I beleive that Boyle did an excellent job with "Arch of Justice". Dr. Sweet was my great-great uncle. My grandmother and great aunts informed us of our leniage and his heroisism at a very early age. Boyle documents this historical event just as we were taught by the matriarchs and patriarchs of the family. Very, very well written. Thank you Mr. Boyle.

A magnificent story magnificently told. Professor Boyle deserves all the accolades, awards, and much more.

Kevin Boyle, a professor of history at Ohio State University, is the author of The UAW and the Heyday of American Liberalism, 1945-1968. A former associate professor at the University of Massachusetts, he is also the recipient of fellowships from the Guggenheim Foundation, the National Endowment for the Humanities, and the American Council of Learned Societies. He lives in Bexley, Ohio.
