In the 1611 AD King James Version: St. John 8:32 - "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth will make you free." I'm over 50 years old now, and I've ALWAYS been "in the Church" from infancy on. My denomination is against divorce for ANY reason, (although separation is sometimes necessary for safety of you or your children) and thus TOTALLY and completely against "remarriage" while your spouse is still living. In 1998, my faith/purpose was shaken to the very core. My wife of 18 years announced to me that she no longer loved me, and was in love with another man. I begged and pleaded, but to no avail. I did refuse (in the right attitude) to sign ANY DIVORCE PAPERS. (She divorced the 'new man' less than 24 months after she left me and married him.) Many of the well meaning folks in various churches that I attended kept insisting that (As is referenced in I Corinthians 7:15) I have every 'right' to find another wife to marry. I have always disagreed, but no matter WHAT Scriptures I would use, these Christians would come up with OTHER Scriptures to 'prove me wrong'. Then, quite by "accident" (of course you and I know NOTHING happens by accident but by God's Holy design) I found the book "Divorce and Remarriage: The Trojan Horse Within The Church". Now if you are expecting to "prove your point" one way or another, this book is NOT for you. However, if with bloody knees you read this book desiring to know GOD'S PLAN AND PURPOSE, then by all means, get as many copies of this book that you can lay your hands on. It's VERY easy reading, and the authors do NOT try to persuade you one way or another. They simply report VERIFIABLE FACTS from the time of Christ forward, and leave it up to YOU to determine what is Truth and what are the lies straight from Hell. I've purchased MANY copies of this book and given them away to various Clergy and Evangelists that I know. Every single person, bar none, has told me that THIS BOOK is the clearest they've EVER read on the subject. If you read it with an open heart and a mind set to do God's Holy Will, then buy this book TODAY. I am in NO WAY involved with the Authors, Publishers, or any Sellers of this book.
