One of, if not the, most boring books I've ever read. I just couldn't finish it. I tried really hard and got 45% of the way through but it just didn't feel like it was going anywhere or saying anything and I need my life to do other, more interesting things like squeezing spots. or blowing my nose....

Read this book a number of times. It is an in depth and well written account of the actions on the days that spanned Op Anaconda. It squarely points out the failures of senior command whilst highlighting the brave actions of the combined forces that took the fight to the enemy.
