Ever since learning about the Christian Reformation, I wondered why the Reformation and the biblical gospel did not take root in Spain and in its colonies. This book gives many examples of the many spaniards who came to be born-again and of their brave sufferings at the hands of their family members, neighbors and especially the Roman Catholic clergy. This book is full of sadness and tragedy; it's rarely cheerful, but you can see God's mysterious providence at work.
