About this ebook

When things go wrong, they turn out right.

Lazy eyes, scarred lip, muscled and tattooed, Scar Wagner has upped his game in the hotness department, and the past five years that Julia hasn’t seen him, have done him well.

Julia’s high school best friend — the one who made her heart go pitter-patter — is back.

Stuck at an exclusive ski resort with her family, Julia runs into the same boy who back in high school made her knees wobbly and smile bright. Except the gorgeous and enticing Scar Wagner isn’t in high school anymore. When he promises to help Julia unwind on the boring trip fate forces the couple too close for Julia’s comfort and she can’t help but wonder whether it’s time to give relationships another try.

After all, when things go wrong, they turn out right.

Find out if Julia and Scar can turn all their wrongs into rights while swooshing on the hilltop.

This book is a prequel to Cheater's Anonymous. Julia Blakely has sworn off relationships. Ever since her mom left her cheating father, Julia has felt the sting. While in high school Julia because best friends with Nick "Scar" Wagner. They both seemed to bond over their shared beliefs and smoking pot. Five years after high school Julia runs into Scar at a ski lodge and many old feelings come rushing back. When an avalanche forces them into close quarters, things get a little heated. Just when Julia thinks maybe she could be in a relationship with Scar, he ups and leaves. Flash forward and Julia is now a doctor living in New York. Guess who comes into her ER? Scar....in a most interesting predicament! ;) This is where the prequel ends....quickly go read Cheater's Anonymous!

About the author

USA Today Bestselling Author Lacey Silks writes erotic and contemporary romances with a touch of suspense. She’s a happily married wife with two kids who uses her husband to test out the more intimate scenes for her writing – he said he doesn’t mind it at all.

When she’s not thinking about writing suspenseful and heart-throbbing yet gut-wrenching stories, Lacey enjoys camping and skiing with her family (not at the same time, but she also lives in a YOLO state of mind so you never know). She’s an early bird by nature, but loves the nightly adventures with her hubby which provide good content for her books.

Lacey likes to make her readers blush. She judges men by the size of their feet and loves sexy lingerie, though her favourite piece of clothing is a birthday suit.
