What a ride! As a trilogy this stands strong, every book intentional, imparting some message, building the characters. Towards the middle of this book I was confused, lost, worried. I wanted to put it down because I feared the outcome, I agonized over spoilers. The ending was a knife wrapped in soft fabric, eventually you feel a resigned pain that touches on happiness. I do think the characters get the best ending they possibly could have - not the bright, glorious, and destructive end they dreamed up but as close as they could manage. The author has astounded me with this solidly crafted tale. Some part of me sees those brighter endings and wishes for them - more glory, more death, more surrender. I know that speaks more about me than the characters save the constraints they live within. Maybe it's a nagging unease with how they were unable to reconcile their relationships outside of distance, even though it was understandable.

I know its going to be amazing but why are they saying there is no copy available?
