The Tea Sop Witch was a complicated magical mystery story that pulled me in with its red herrings and bizarre supernatural happenings. No talking dogs or cats here, but the heroic dog does seem somehow magical.

Really enjoyed this! Went looking for something simple and formulaic, and this was so much more. great set up for a cozy series.
