About the author

Jane Bozarth, Ed.D., is an internationally known trainer, speaker, and author. She is the author of Pfeiffer's E-Learning Solutions on A Shoestring; Better Than Bullet Points: Creating Engaging E-Learning with PowerPoint; From Analysis to Evaluation, and, with Jim Kouzes & Barry Posner, The Challenge Continues.
