the first few issues are occasionally non-serious or have throw away jokes that didn't particularly land, but in my opinion it's still an amazing read. it's fantastic to see the early days of YJ and Tim, Connor, and Impulse before some of the more "recent" crises and the 52. Also as a major YJ Show fan, it's been a blast to finally read the comics that the show is based on and see where things diverge.
