4.5 Stars because I couldn't put it down. It's sweet and sad and heartfelt. A great escape but not complete fluff. Written in a first person style I don't normally like, the story flows wonderfully after a rough start (for me) and I didn't want it to end.

Melissa Guinn is a Respiratory Therapist by night and writer by day. She was born in West Texas, where pump jacks outnumber the locals, and you never forget to say "yes sir" and "yes ma'am."
