great for the serious fitness and weight training buff, more fundamental knowledge here then in periodicals and in most websites. only negative doesnt contain the whole 399 pages

Decent book for the basics of the gym. What reps set mean and how they influance your training . Reccomde for starters even intermediate gym peeps
