I received a complimentary copy of this book from Booksprout and I am voluntarily reviewing it. I have read all three books of this series and have absolutely adored all of them. This story was extremely touching given Nate's history. There were some very poignant moments. Nate is the foreman of Three Sisters Ranch. He has stepped up and practically ran the ranch after Frank's various health scares. Unfortunately the ranch is still running in the red. Frank called all of his daughters home to say good-bye to the ranch before the bank forecloses. Nate has been in love with Janice for forever. Janice comes home to open up a retreat on the ranch. She also has been in love with Nate for a long time. Her father though has another marriage prospect for her, the wealthy vet. Frank even asks Nate to help in his cause. This makes for such an interesting read. I loved having the dual POV format here. Getting into the mind set of the characters really help me to connect with them. It was especially helpful with Nate. He has some serious hang-ups due to his past. Another wonderful feature of this story was the continuation of the prior two stories and their characters being a part of this story. This is a sexy read. If you love a great cowboy romance, then you will adore this one. I highly recommend it. The author did a wonderful job of making this a stand-alone but I would like to highly suggest that you start at the beginning. They are all wonderful and you really shouldn't miss them. I can only hope that the author does a follow-up story with the weddings of all three sisters!!!!! Plus we need closure on the success of the ranch with all of the three sisters successes in their endeavors to help the ranch.

Whaddya do when the boss wants your help setting his daughter up with the local vet, but you want her for yourself? Nate is doing all he can to abide by Frank's decree to stay away from his daughter, but his dilemma is complicated by the not-so-subtle hints Janice keeps sending his way. Janice has teamed up with her sisters to find new revenue streams to pull the family ranch from the brink of bankruptcy, only her women's retreat is getting off to a slow start. The third book in this series, this romance is both poignant with years of longing and explosive once the waiting is over. Nate has all sorts of reasons to continue to keep his distance, but he just doesn't have the strength to keep fighting his desire anymore. I love Trent, and I love Donovan, but Nate is hands-down my favorite of the three. Gruff and bull-headed, he's absolutely perfect for Janice even in the ways he's totally wrong for her. I absolutely loved the way Janice knew him right down to his inner soul, and the author did a fabulous job of showing us his gentle, caring side as well as his grumpy, controlling public persona. This book was the perfect conclusion to the story of the Sullivan family, brilliantly involving all the characters we've met in the earlier books and giving us an authentic, realistic solution to the ranch's financial problems as well as swoon-worthy love-drenched solutions to everyone's relationship situations. I highly recommend this book, as well as the entire series. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

Janice and Nate's love story is a slow-burning romance that causes both parties heartache and doubt, mixed with red-hot passion (strictly adults only),set against her family's financial struggles to stay solvent against the mounting cost of ranching and not employing sufficient hands to manage the rough landscape and the dangerous wild hogs who populate the area. An unpredictable path to love unfolds, as there are some health and emotional issues for Nate to overcome. Having to do the work of three men and support Janice's ailing Dad, (who's almost a father to him, especially when compared to his real father) is weakening Nate's own health too, making him prone to mood-swings brought on by exhaustion and unexpected physical injuries as a result. At times Frank Sullivan is a stubborn and unemotional parent, who risks becoming a stranger to Jessica and her two sisters, Kelly and Emily, to the despair of his wife. Yet trying to prove his love for his family and his physically demanding way of life managing the ranch,sometimes causes him to make the wrong decisions. When a rich, single young vet, Dr Pete, comes to help out at the ranch, it seems he could make the perfect husband for Jessie and be the solution for all the ranch's financial woes. How does Jessica feel about Nate and Pete? Would she be better off with rich, nice-but-she-doesn't-love-him Dr Pete Dickerson? Or will Jessica and Nate's panty-melting sexual encounters prove a sound basis for a HEA?
