It’s been 10 years but someone’s after The Four and they’re stalking Lacey to find them. Eli meets Lacey when she almost falls prey to a predator he’s investigating. They seem to form an immediate connection, but when Eli pushes Lacey to stop taking chances, she pushes back; no one will keep her from the streets to help homeless teenagers. Will they be able to work past their trust issues and the secrets they’re both holding? But more importantly, who’s behind the threat to Lacey and her family and why? What a very exciting and heart-stopping tale, filled with a roller coaster of emotions, drama, suspense, and some steamy passion. This is a very engrossing tale which you will find hard to put down. The characters are well drawn, and the story is packed with fast-paced, edge of your seat action. There is plenty of intrigue and drama, with a few surprising twists, and just enough hot chemistry to keep you involved from beginning to end. I highly recommend this extremely entertaining and absorbing romantic suspense!
