Hilarious fun! I loved this darling third book in Jen Turano’s Matchmakers series. In Meeting Her Match, we get Camilla Pierpont the matchmaker’s story. It’s a funny, opposites attract, delightful Gilded Age romcom that had me laughing out loud. In this story, the Camilla, the matchmaker’s vowed never to marry after a heartbreak. The handsome if annoying Owen Chesterfield is about to change her mind when he asks for help rehabilitating his sister’s image. Highly recommend!

Jen Turano is one of my favorite historical fiction romance writers. I love her writing style and humor incorporated into all her books, I literally do laugh out loud and find myself smiling while reading. This book is everything you expect in one of her books and more. This is book three in the Matchmaker series, you do not have to read them all to understand this book but it is helpful and they are amazing reads as well. Meeting Her Match was a wonderfully hilarious story about Camilla, a self-proclaimed matchmaker and spinster for life. After her heart was broken during her debut year, she’s settled into her spinster preferences and enjoys finding things to keep herself busy. That is until she meets Owen. I gather that Camilla is rather comedic on her own, but the dynamic between Owen and herself always provides hilarious situations.
