Mel Robbins

Mel Robbins is a Midwesterner, born in 1968. She is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Boston College Law School. Her career includes, criminal defense attorney in New York City; an entrepreneur; host of television and radio programs for A&E, FOX, Cox Media, and CNN; Contributing Editor to SUCCESS Magazine; a motivational speaker; and a writer. She is the author of Stop Saying You're Fine, Professionalism, and The 5 Second Rule.
