James Wesley Rawles

James Wesley, Rawles is an American author, best known for his survivalist-genre Patriots novel series, which have achieved bestseller status on the New York Times list. Rawles is a former U.S. Army Intelligence officer. He is the editor of SurvivalBlog.com, which covers survival and preparedness topics, and has published collected material from this in two books. He also works as a survival retreat consultant. Rawles is a conservative Christian.
