A neighborhood in the Hollywood Hills is terrorized by a group of self-described modern day vampires who begin murdering their parents in a ritual of blood and violence. Meanwhile, LAPD Detective Steve Foster (Stan Harrington), who is suspended and under investigation following his brutal beating of a carjacking suspect, tries to deal with his suddenly abundant free time and his rebellious teenage daughter, Emily (Amy Sanders), as she defies him at every turn in the lead up to her 16th birthday. As the vampires look for the key to immortality, their bloody path puts them on a direct collision course with Det. Foster and his teenage daughter.
