Based on the best-selling book by James Frey with a Screenwriter by Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Sam Taylor-Johnson, the film also stars Billy Bob Thornton, Juliette Lewis, Giovanni Ribisi, and Odessa Young.

No thanks. Frey's "memiors" have been discredited for gross exaggerations of the truth. Recovery from addiction requires a level of self honesty Frey has not attained yet. His career has been fraught with deception and dishonesty.

People need to get over the Oprah chaos that happened. If people actually read the book you would see the story is fantastic. He captured something that no one else did. His style of writing is so different that when you start it you kind of think you won't be able to handle it but not even two pages in, you can't put it down. I applaud Mr. Frey and his books that he wrote. He is truly like no other.

Although the book is a complete lie, I went into watching this thinking I would hate it. It was a good movie and if you or anyone you know deals with addiction it gives an glimpse into what their life is like in rehab.
