Based on Lawrence Block’s bestselling series of mystery novels, A Walk among the Tombstones stars Liam Neeson as Matt Scudder, an ex-NYPD cop who now works as an unlicensed private investigator operating just outside the law. When Scudder reluctantly agrees to help a heroin trafficker (Dan Stevens) hunt down the men who kidnapped and then brutally murdered his wife, the PI learns that this is not the first time these men have committed this sort of twisted crime…nor will it be the last. Blurring the lines between right and wrong, Scudder races to track the deviants through the backstreets of New York City before they kill again.

Movie was intriguing and held my interest. Can't take any of these gun hero Liam Neeson roles seriously now, though. How can you make millions while playing American heroes with guns and then say both Americans and the Bill of Rights are bad. What a fool... "Give me money for what I do, but no one should be able to do it." Illogical hypocrite-shame on you, Neeson, we used to look up to you. What's next, he played Schindler, but agrees with Hitler?

After seeing taken 1 & 2, I was expecting something good from this movie. Instead it completely sucked! He's old & tired and it showed. He was hired because supposedly he was the best at what he does. Instead he got his a$$ kicked throughout the whole movie & needed help from some kid and barely wins in the end. The movie was so slow & drawn out - they got the name right a walk amongst the tombstones cuz it was jus that. Completely a waste of money and time. Disappointed!! Don't even bother

Yes the movie was ok. But like the other commenter, I lost a lot of respect for the main actor as far as Americans able to bare arms. We think as a country's that no one would be able to envade our lands, but just how many times has our so called government for the people let us down!?, you've heard it before! Our country is for sale only if people are unable to fight hence gun control policy!!!!. Think about it! !!
