May be one of the worst recent sci-fi movies. Poor uninteresting plot, unlikable mannequin of a protagonist, random needless occurences that serve no purpose other than to make the run time longer, idiotic characters getting into cartoonish danger and a comical lack of realism with someone literally jumping into a higher orbit around Neptune. Should have just made a movie about pirates on the moon. Would give 0/5 if I could.

Disappointing. Script and story weak. Monotone in delivery. Plot holes and 'world-building' failures galore. Tries desperately hard to be introspective and meaningful, but is just weak. Brad Pitt is watchable (as always) and as a producer probably got the film made, but someone should have grabbed the filmmakers by the neck and given the story (and its delivery) a good shake. 1.5 stars. Really wanted to like the film - had hoped to give it 3.5-4 stars. Apologies, not recommended.

10/10 best sleep aid in history. . . So let down by this film, some of my favourite films include sunshine and interstellar, so I thought this was worth a watch. . . It really wasn't. There is almost no 'sience' in this science fiction. Story / moral is just pointless and as looks go it's nothing special in this age. Put it this way, I am on here wrighting this as the film is ending because it was that naff. Save yourself a couple of hours of your life and watch anything else
