De la imaginación de la creadora J.K. Rowling, llega la serie de películas de Animales fantásticos, que narra aventuras ocurridas antes de la época de Harry Potter. Al final de la primera película, el MACUSA (Magicongreso Único de la Sociedad Americana) capturaba al poderoso mago tenebroso Gellert Grindelwald (Johnny Depp) con ayuda de Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne). Pero, cumpliendo su amenaza, Grindelwald escapó y se ha dedicado a reunir seguidores, que desconocen sus verdaderas intenciones: criar hechiceros de pura sangre que gobiernen sobre todos los seres no mágicos. Con el fin de frustrar los planes de Grindelwald, Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law) recluta a su antiguo alumno Newt Scamander, que accede a ayudar, sin darse cuenta de los peligros que le esperan. Las tramas se van desvelando mientras el amor y la lealtad se ponen a prueba, incluso entre verdaderos amigos y familiares, en un mundo mágico cada vez más dividido.

Very hard narrative to follow. The only redeeming quality I saw was the CG. At least the 'Fantastic Beasts' were well done, but beyond that I wish I didn't buy it.

So good! Awesome storyline! The twists were great as well! Despite the hate it got, most people said it was bad and "it wasn't their type of movie"(don't judge movies on wether it is your "type" or not) So sad that Depp will not be returning as Grindelwald for the next one, he did a great job and nobody will be able to replace him. Totally recommend!

I love these films. I loved the speed the diff between the UK and American witchin world. I loved the lead characters and the other characters were rich with personality. I don't know why people r saying it was horrible. Just what did they expect? I loved to see a different slant on Rowling's mind. I'd love more of adult stories. We have seen enough children's stories. Stories of diff worlds.Dobies world and friends, the other schools etc.i hope the writer never loses her imagin & enthu bec ofu
