When her brother's life is threatened, Sally (Binoche), a truck driver, reluctantly agrees to smuggle illicit cargo: a girl named Leila (Hala Finley). I give it five because of addressing the subject matter straight on, it's 'fiction' but not really and I suspect the direction and actors know this and portray accordingly.

I like this movie it's pretty good.
