With authorities offering a $15,000 reward for help in capturing a serial killer who has been murdering women in Los Angeles, bounty hunter Zachary Kane (Robert Viharo) sets out to find the assailant. Kane soon comes to suspect that local blue blood Richard Devlin (Michael Heit) is committing the crimes. And Kane grows even more wary of his suspect when Devlin begins bothering the bounty hunter's girlfriend (Sherry Jackson). If he's right about Devlin, he's about to cash in -- or die trying.
