I again loved this movie but cringed with some of the main voice actors. The Joker's voice in particular was beyond disappointing. It was almost upsetting to listen to a Joker that didn't even laugh at his own jokes... or even try to make his punchlines sound like jokes.

While Part 1 was the perfect way to bring us back into the amazing world Frank Miller created in the graphic novel, the true greatness of The Dark Knight shows ever more in Part 2. The Dark Knight Returns might just be the greatest comic-to-film adaptation ever made. Remarkable work was done in bringing this classic to life.

The translation of the book is great. The story is one of the best I've read. It's crazy to think this was written in the 80's. It's timeless. Oh, it's a Frank Miller piece. Be prepared for unfiltered violence and obscenities... But not out of place.
