Your good intentions have been stolen... This is not a sequel to Fat: A Documentary or Fat: A Documentary 2. Vinnie dives deep into the claims and dogma of the Vegan lifestyle and the fake meat industry pumping billions into the market. Most of the documentary is clips of many of the proponents of the Vegan lifestyle and their claims and pronouncements of what must happen to change the world and save us from ourselves. This Documentary will upset people who are Vegan or Vegetarian. It asks many direct questions that cannot be ignored. This could have easily been a multi part docu-series with all the topics that were touched on. Personally, I have lived the NSNG lifestyle for almost 6 years. I lost almost 80 pounds, no longer on any prescribed medications, and I have never felt healthier. I live in Ketosis. All the talking heads that claim it is unhealthy or unsustainable are lying. Its easy. Just don't eat sugars (real or fake) or Grains (any Carbohydrates raw or processed). I eat meat, eggs, dairy, fish, coffee, and water. I am not just living, I am thriving. Please watch this Documentary.
