Ted "Theodore" Logan (Keanu Reeves) and Bill S. Preston (Alex Winter), members of the totally bodacious local band The Wyld Stallyns, have just experienced a visitation from the future. His name is Rufus (stand-up legend George Carlin), and not only is he an awesome dude, but he also has a message for Bill and Ted. The destiny of mankind lies in their hands.

The film is excellent and the adventure is also excellent. One of the most fun, funny and entertaining films in the history of film. I think Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey is even better (best film I've ever seen) but that may be because I saw that one first in the cinema and then went "back in time" to see Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure.

Excellent as always, the only problem I can find is that there are no in movie subtitles for the historical dudes. Not so much a problem for me because I know the dialogue off by heart but those who haven't seen it won't know what they're saying.
