This is one of the worst movies ever made. It mocks Keaton's iconic Batman role and leaves him a drunken, drug-addled, depressing loser who can't hold his s*it together for any length of time at all. It tries to be witty but misses that target, too. Stay as far away from this steaming pile of poo as you can.

Awful movie full of jaw jacking about nothing. No point to the movie and (SPOILER ALERT) the final climax if the movie is simply the guy killing himself, which seems fitting for this movie because watching it made me want to kill myself for wasting so much time on it. ALSO for those saying people rating this movie one star because we cant appreciate the greater meaning of the movie... how about this: Nobody cares about the greater meaning of an actors problems. Give me something with REAL meaning.

A lot of people give this movie 5 stars and give no reason for why they like it. They just list off why the "haters" are tasteless peasants. The cinematography was wonderful, I enjoyed that a lot. Acting was pretty good as well. But at the end of the film I felt nothing. I didn't feel sad or mad or happy. I felt like I had watched a 2 hour demo on beautiful camera direction. I wasn't moved by the ambiguity that critics love so much. The film didn't make me sit and think. It made me feel nothing.
