Carol Thompson ("The Secret Garden," "Edward Scissorhands") wrote this wonderfully moving film adaptation of the classic children"s story told from the perspective of a horse named Black Beauty. Thrust on a personal odyssey -- taking him through good times and ill, trusted friends and callous enemies, disasters both natural and man-made -- Beauty experiences the best and worst of human nature, all the while seeking a safe place where he will be loved. The New York Times calls this "the most distinguished children"s film of the season..." and The Hollywood Reporter calls it "a graceful and moving film, playful and spirited."

E visto la película, y me pareció muy buena, la historia descripta sobre de la vida del caballo, me parece fantástica y verdadera, trata de la nobleza del caballo y lo dura y desaprensiva que puede ser el trato de un ser humano a un caballo.

Nos lleva al mundo descriptivo de un caballo frente al cariño y frialdad de las personas, mi hizo llorar, vale la pena la compra.

No vi la película completa pero el trailer no me convence
