When college sophomore Sarah Morris witnesses the alleged suicide of her roommate, it sets into motion a series of horrific events that cause Sarah to fear the supernatural entity known as the Boogeyman. As she tries to convince the rest of her dorm that the Boogeyman does exist, the evil force grows stronger and her friends begin to pay the price. Best in the trilogy! The Boogeyman is REAL in this one and not a fake ass slasher college boy like Boogeyman 2. In this one he is the real deal, the supernatural demonic spirit that feeds off the fear of his prey. This movie is so scary and just looking at the appearance of the Boogeyman in this one is also terrifying. Make up work was pitch perfect on the guy. He looks so terrifying.

Best in the trilogy. Seriously recommend it. Super scary, great jump scares, nice twisted blood filled moments. This is truly terrifying in my opinion.

It was alright. It did have a creep factor, but the boogeyman sounded really retarded and parts were extremely cheesy.
