"Borderlands" delivers a thrilling, high-octane adventure that perfectly captures the spirit of the iconic video game franchise. Cate Blanchett shines as Lilith, the enigmatic bounty hunter forced to return to the lawless planet of Pandora, where chaos reigns supreme. The film's ensemble cast brings a delightful mix of personalities to the screen, from Kevin Hart's battle-hardened Roland to the unpredictable and explosive Tiny Tina, played by Ariana Greenblatt.

Wow. I wanted to give this a chance despite the reviews, but it was bad. The CGI was pretty awful, the story predictable and it had the look and feel of a lower budget British science fiction series. I love Jack Black, but he should have stayed home that day - he performance was underwhelming. I would recommend not spending money on this. If you really want to see it, wait until i comes to a streaming service you're already subscribed to.
