Every town has its horrors. For the small town of Braxton, that evil is Tommy Miller, a bullied teenager who went on a killing spree. Ten years later, on the anniversary of the bloodbath, the local teens are being stalked by a hooded figure and there are rumours that Miller is back to kill again. It is up to Detective Fenton, himself a survivor of the original massacre, to protect the town and catch the killer before it is too late.
