The superstar Gautham Krishna (Prakash Raj) is set to release his new film, Traffic Constable Satyamoorthy (Cheran) is to join back on duty, the day is special for Dr. Robin (Prasanna) who is celebrating his first wedding anniversary, Karthik Vishwanathan (Sachin) an aspiring television journalist, is about to interview Gautham Krishna the very same day. All this comes to a standstill when Karthik travelling on a bike is hit by a speeding car and is rushed to the hospital. Karthik is in state of comatose and is being kept alive on ventilator. Meanwhile, Gautham's ailing daughter has a heart condition and is in deteriorating state, requiring urgent heart transplant. At first Karthik's parents are hesitant to let him off the ventilator, with much persuasion by Karthik's girlfriend (Parvathi Menon) they agree. The heart organ is available now, but there is a problem of transporting it from Chennai to Vellore in a short period of time. The people volunteering for this transportation of organ, are to take up this impossible task. A multi-narrative thriller that intertwines multiple stories around one particular incident, the film is inspired from an actual event that happened in Chennai (India) (CBFC U DIL/1/17/2013-CHE).

Great movie, but remake of malayalam movie traffic released in 2011. First hat goes off there...then here. Even run remake turned great

Nice movie, but they could have added more action. They seem very interested in showing every character cry

Outstanding piece of cinema!!!! Narrative moves back n forth a lot but not once do you miss the pulse of the movie !!!! Google should add more regional movies like these.
