It's almost Christmas, and Belle has to leave her California hometown behind to head up north on business. The auction house Belle works for must catalog the estate sale of a large mansion. Her client, Hunter Lowell, is rumored to have a sharp tongue and a hot temper. Belle gets to work, and while the job is a dream, the client is not. But as Belle and Hunter spend more time together, his icy demeanor begins to melt. They grow close fast, but things get complicated when Belle’s long-time suitor Tony shows up, sending Hunter the wrong signals. It's definitely going to be an interesting Christmas, but what will the New Year bring?

I paid via Google Account to rent this movie and it didn't play. The entire film was a black screen. I tried to contact customer services for a refund after following EVERY troubleshooting step with no luck. Next, I tried for a refund and got the run around either in the "Help and Feedback" section, or being hung up on when calling customer service before ever speaking to an actual human being. I will not let it go until I get a refund. Period.

I ordered this dvd also & never received it. I also tried calling and also got the run around. They cintinued to give me poor service. They didn't know who they were dealing with, so I informed my bank and got my refund. I made a note for myself not to order from them again. I

I loved this movie first time I saw it after watching it i wished someone would show me this kind of love and care
