In this early action classic that features his unique blend of thrills and offbeat humor, Arnold Schwarzenegger stars as Col. John Matrix, ultimate soldier and one-man army. Matrix, the former leader of a special commando strike force that always got the toughest jobs done, is forced back into action when his young daughter (Alyssa Milano) is kidnapped. To find her, Matrix has to fight his way through an array of punks, killers, one of his former commandos, and a fully equipped private army. With the help of a feisty stewardess (Rae Dawn Chong) and an old friend, Matrix has only a few hours to overcome his greatest challenge: finding his daughter before she's killed.

A terrifically violent action movie that moves faster than the bullets blasting from Schwarzenegger's stolen arsenal! An outrageous feast of 1980s over indulgence of mindless killing action, non-stop from start to bloody finish. I love this movie! This is Arnold at his cinematic peak. He takes every oppournity to flex his bulging biceps, omg his muscles have muscles and the way he dispatches 100s of bad guys, he really does come across like a for real Terminator; an unstoppable killing machine👍

One of the first real action movies, this and similar movies of the time set the pace for what we now refer to as "Action Films". Not great acting like today, but this delivers all you need to turn off your brain and enjoy watching all the bad guys get what's coming to them!
