Calificaciones y opiniones

Take some western movie cliche characters and put them in a cliche monster movie that has plot depth to rival "Beginning of the End" or Steve McQueen's "The Blob". The acting is quite good by several of the actors, adding a full star to the rating. The story has plenty of opportunity for improvement in C&A2, and judging by the overwhelming number of viewers who give it 5 stars, the sequel will come.

I was going to write a review of this movie, but for the life of me I can't really remember what happened. I watched it, and I remember being entertained for the fist bit but I really can't even remember how it ended, any of the plot mechanisms or any actors other than Ford and Craig. I was really excited to love this movie, cowboys AND aliens? Holy crap! It should be seared into my mind for eternity. Alas, I actually had to watch the trailer to remember anything about it. This movie is so inexplicably forgettable that I'll go ahead and suggest that some psychiatrists analyze it somehow, determine wth they did wrong to expunge this film from the watcher's memory as soon as they've finished watching it, remove those bits and then re-release the movie under the title: Cowboys and Aliens 2 - Shootier and Awesomer. Nobody would know it was the same movie with the brain sponge bits removed - I promise.

A lot of thee same type of scenes happen multiple times. Once the action is hot, its fun though. 'Ancient Aliens' viewers will love it.
