Canada's long term care nightmare started with a COVID 19 outbreak in North Vancouver, British Columbia on March 5, 2020. The pandemic turned a spotlight on long-ignored and inconvenient truths about our society. Over the next year, more than 200 BC care homes and thousands of health care heroes went to war with COVID 19. This is their story.
