Confined to an asylum for the criminally insane for the past four years, Nica (Fiona Dourif) is wrongly convinced that she, not Chucky, murdered her entire family. But when her psychiatrist introduces a new group therapy tool — a “Good Guy” doll — a string of grisly deaths plague the asylum and Nica starts to wonder if maybe she isn’t crazy after all. Andy (Alex Vincent), Chucky’s now-grown-up nemesis from the original Child’s Play, races to Nica’s aid. (This contains no spoilers) have you ever wanted to see a horror movie that isn't scary, undermines all the rules and story and things that made a franchise good, and put in some sexual parts just for "shock value" and has a terrible story and dialogue? If so this movie is for you! I enjoy some movies that are "so bad that they are good" but this movie is just bad. I recommend you skip this movie and go watch the new (2019) reboot instead.

I love the camera work but the effects and over all story of the movie are terrible. I think they should just stop making Chucky movies because it's only going down hill. The first 3 were amazing but after that they started getting cheesey and repetitive. It's an iconic franchise but I don't think we need anymore.

since when could Chucky possess other Chucky dolls I'm confused when Chucky(1) is locked in the safe at Andy's his wife brings the other Chucky dolls to the hospital, was he already possessed or did she possess him and if so isn't he supposed to be her Another thing: If they can just make more of themselves why go after humans Another thing: What happened to Chuckys human body? They traveled of the aspect a little my favorite thing about Chucky is he's a doll so he can't float or travel through wall but this Chucky seemed to teleport All in all I expected more
