Paramedics Dean and Eric are both facing long hours, tough situations, and low pay. When they get a 911 call that leads them to discover a million dollars on a dying man, erratic Dean persuades reluctant Eric to keep the money. When their colleagues (the dangerously seductive Brie and the temperamental fireman Max) learn of the matter, things grow even more complicated as internal greed, betrayal, and double crosses ensue. Making matters all the worse are a committed detective and two zealous cops hot on the trail of the missing loot. Last but not least, eccentric but ruthless hitman Craddock sets out to retrieve the stolen goods, at first for his employer, then decides he'd rather have it for himself. As twists, turns, and mayhem increase, Dean and Eric soon discover that in the emergency call business, life or death situations are only one call away.

Very well shot. It’s a fun action packed dark comedy/thriller, with lots of violence and great twists. The actors keep the audience viewers glued to the screen throughout the entire movie with their impressive performances and on-screen chemistry. Very entertaining EMT movie that’s worth seeing!

Tom Everett Scott and James Jurdi made this movie work... their buddy rapport elevated the material and gave us a reason to care. Action helps as well, but they are the reason to see this movie.

Lots of good action and dark comedy, with great performances from Tom Everett Scott and James Jurdi as paramedics on a crazy night.
